Frequently Asked Questions

When is the show?
  • Shows take place nightly (for the month of May, there is not a show on Wednesday evenings)
  • That’s Magic! our signature all ages magic and variety show takes place every night at 7pm
  • Nocturnal, our 18 and over show, takes place Friday and Saturday nights at 9pm
How long is the show? The show is 75 minutes long with a 15-minute-long intermission in between the first and second acts. Total run time is roughly 1.5 hours.
Can I bring my children?
  • Yes! That’s Magic! is for all ages, everyone is welcome. There is a separate children’s price. Nocturnal is an adults only show.
  • Kids tickets are available at a discounted rate for those 12 and under.
What is the difference between the reserved A, reserved B, and obstructed seats?
  • Reserved A is our up close seating in the first three rows and costs a little more. From here you are close to the action and get to see what is happening in detail.
  • Reserved B is standard seating and standard pricing.
  • Obstructed vision seats are sold at a discount. There is a pole in the center of the theater that partially obstructs the view from some seats. You can still see majority of the show happening live on stage and the parts you cannot see will be broadcast on the 100 inch televisions. (G13-14 and H13-14 are the most obstructed seats and should be avoided if possible)
How much are tickets?
  • Reserved A
    • Children: $33.44 +taxes and fees
    • Adult: $37.85 +taxes and fees
  • Reserved B
    • Children: $31.72 +taxes and fees
    • Adult: $36.14 +taxes and fees
  • Obstructed
    • Children: $20.35 +taxes and fees
    • Adult: $24.75 +taxes and fees
Can we bring food and/or drinks into the theater? Our bar and concession stand are open daily at 5pm. Anything purchased from either of these places you are more than welcome to bring into the theater with you. We do not allow any outside food or drinks into the venue, including ones purchased at other bars/restaurants in GSR.
Do the shows/performers change? Kaileigh and Chase Hasty will be the headliners for at least the first year. We may add other variety acts in addition to the magic, dancers and aerialists.
What time do doors open? What time should I get there? Doors open and seating begins 30 minutes prior to show time. We recommend arriving by 6pm/8pm so that you can get a drink and watch the free closeup magic show taking place at the bar.
What’s the deal with the close up shows? Do we need a ticket or reservation?
  • No! Close up shows happen frequently throughout the night (every 15–30 minutes), are completely free, and are on a first come first serve basis. There is no limit to how many people can attend a show. Being early just ensures a better view of the action. They take place at the bar but are welcome to all ages.
  • Close up is a different type of magic than what you will find in the theater. The magic show taking place in the theater is going to be larger illusions. The free shows at the bar are up close, sleight of hand style magic.
When is the Box Office Open? The Box Office is currently open starting at 5pm on weekdays and noon on Saturday and Sunday. From 3pm until 5pm each day we have a satellite box office kiosk right outside the main elevators where we have one of the performers and someone selling tickets.
